Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Nationality: Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport.
• Educational Background:
  • Undergraduate: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Doctoral: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Chinese-Taught Programs: HSK Level 4 (HSK Level 5 or 6 preferred). Preparatory language courses are available for students who do not meet the language requirement.
  • English-Taught Programs: TOEFL (≥80) or IELTS (≥6.0). Applicants whose prior education was in English are exempt.

Application Procedure

1. Online Application:
   • Submit your application through the Fudan International Student Portal.
2. Required Documents:
   • Academic transcripts and certificates.
   • A personal statement or study plan.
   • Portfolio (if required by the program).
   • Two recommendation letters (graduate programs).
   • Copy of your passport and a recent photo.
   • Proof of language proficiency.
3. Application Fee:
   • Non-refundable fee of RMB 800.
