  • Age: ≤40 years old
• Master’s Programs:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Two recommendation letters from associate professors or higher
  • Age: ≤35 years old
• Undergraduate Programs:
  • High school graduate certificate
  • Age: ≤25 years old
• Chinese Language Majors:
  • Proof of language proficiency (e.g., HSK certificate).

Additional Requirements

• Applicants already enrolled in Hebei University must demonstrate excellent academic performance, good behavior, and abide by Chinese laws and university regulations.
• Students receiving other scholarships (e.g., Chinese Government Scholarship, Confucius Institute Scholarship) are not eligible.

Evaluation

• Scholarships are granted only after the recipient pays tuition, application fees, and health insurance.
• Scholarship validity aligns with the duration of the degree program or study period and cannot be extended.
• Regular reviews assess academic performance, attendance, social behavior, and overall conduct. Scholarships may be suspended or terminated based on review results.
